NORWAY POST -  It is wrong to use taxpayers' money to subsidise Norwegian wind power when the electricity from these generators is exported, says professor Jørgen Randers, head of the Norwegian Commission on Low Emissions. The reason is that Norway already has a surplus of renewabvle energy, Randers points out.
