FREE-TIMES -- City residents might see water and sewer rates rise starting in July, when the city’s next fiscal year begins. The extra cash from those fee collections, plus $105 million in additional water and sewer bonds approved in December, would help the city continue to repair and expand its aging water and sewer systems.
