WTOP NEWS -- Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley is committing to map the green infrastructure for the state. The map, which will allow Maryland to overlap all of the information it has about existing agricultural practices, cover crops, managing animal waste, land use practices, growth and natural resource preservation areas.
