Norway and Sweden to Cooperate on Renewable Energy

NORWAY POST - Norway and Sweden have signed an agreement to further a joint market for renewable nergy through the so-called Mutual green certificate market, to become effective from January 1st 2012.  The green certificate market means that projects for the production of renewable energy, such as hydroelectric power, wind power and bio-fuels, will be heavily subsidised by the state.
