1Spatial is pleased to announce their involvement in Map India 2010 through RMSI, to present a co-authored paper entitled SDI considerations: a European perspective has been accepted for this prestigious international conference. This paper will be drawing parallels between activities in Europe and India and describes 1Spatial's involvement in the European Spatial Data Infrastructure best practice Network (ESDIN) project. The paper will also outline some activities underway relating to INSPIRE transformation network services; this follows 1Spatial's recent contract award to provide technical guidance to the European Commission's Joint Research Centre.
