SuperGeo Technologies has developed an interesting application that integrates geographic information system (GIS) as well as global positioning system (GPS) concepts into a Treasure Hunting Game. The game is a challenging and educational outdoor activity that applies GPS and GIS concepts. Each participant uses a handheld PDA equipped with GIS/GPS functions as the treasure-hunting tool.
