Mr. Raymond W. Johnston, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OSI Geospatial Inc. (TSX:OSI), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Steve M. Barnett to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Barnett is a resident of Glencoe, Illinois and a member in good standing of the Illinois State Bar Association. He brings a wealth of experience to OSI in the areas of strategic direction, operating efficiency and profitability, corporate finance, public company administration and accounting and corporate governance. Mr. Barnett is President of CDC Inc., and an advisor to senior management of Grayhill Inc., an electronic solutions provider to the aerospace and defence industry.
