EPA Finds Greenhouse Gases Endanger Health

In an anticipated move, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency declared today that greenhouse gases endanger human health. This move could trigger new carbon rules under the Clean Air Act, and paves the way for Congress to create legislation to limit greenhouse gases, such as a Carbon Cap and Trade scheme.
