Free Course: The Geography of U.S. Political Elections

by Matt Ball on October 15, 2008

Starting today, Martin Lewis of Stanford University will be teaching a free online course on The Geography of United States Elections that will be posted both on YouTube and iTunes.

This map-intensive course will explore the geography of U.S. elections (both past and present), and challenge the suggestion that we are simply divided into a “Red America” and “Blue America.” It’s really much more complicated than that.
