		<description>Thanks for the reply.  One of the issues that Land Surveyors have created is the myth about measuring.  The Myth is that we are expert measurers.  We are that, but measurement mastery alone will not make a great surveyor.  Many people confuse engineers with surveyors and that is just not a true assumption.  Just doing my best to help others that are surveyors realize that it is up to us to participate and communicate what we do to our clients and the general public.</description>

		<description>I ran into Brent Jones, Survey/Cadastre/Engineering Industry Manager for ESRI, and asked him this question. His reply was that there are certainly many in the audience with a surveying foundation, but probably none that are practicing surveyors. All certainly recognize the importance of accurate measurement in the GeoDesign process.</description>
