The American Society of Civil Engineers has released its latest infrastructure report card. While the ranking hasn’t waivered from the overall cumulative D ranking since the last report in 2005, the timing is meant to influence the stimulus plan debate. The $2.2 trillion investment that ASCE recommends over the next five years dwarfs the scope of the current stimulus plan.
