“The Age of Stupid” (www.ageofstupid.com), a movie set in the future that looks grimly back at the failing effort to address global warming, will be broadcast on Monday in more than 400 US theaters, and around the globe. The world premiere will take place in New York on the eve of the world’s first United Nation’s climate summit.

The “crowd-funded” movie gets its name from an oil executive that spoke of how future generations may view us if we’re unable to get a handle on global warming. The movie stars Peter Postlethwaite as an aging archivist living in the year 2055 who looks back on a digital record of our time, visiting the stories of various individuals and their experiences with climate change.

This just goes to show you how scare tactics are getting worse and worse. I especially like how the heads pop off in the preview – good effect LOL If ANYONE takes this junk seriously, I’ll be ashamed to be that of the human race…
