Obama Outlines Infrastructure Plan

As the race for the White House heats up, more details about policy plans are coming forward. Today, Barack Obama called for the creation of a National Infrastructure Reinvestment Bank during a speech at a General Motors assembly plant. According to Obama’s outline, the bank would invest $60 billion over 10 years on highways, technology and other projects.
