Glut of GIS Jobs in Denver Area?

A friend tipped me off to a large number of GIS jobs listed with CareerBuilder in and around Colorado’s Front Range. A search on GIS for Denver yields 37 job listings from Boulder, Denver, Aurora, Broomfield, Thornton and Westminster.
