Depending on what source, either since 98 or 2001, it hasn't warmed. Basically flat-lined. The BBC had an article about it today. Now, from my personal interactions and what others have told me. Ted is a nice guy, but you wouldn't want to follow him anywhere. Plus anyone who would be willing to marry, one of the likes of Jane Fonda, shouldn't be taken too seriously when he opens his mouth. I guess all the money he donated to the UN hasn't turned things around! :) And the commenter above is right, he did make those statements.
