The 11th Hour

Leonardo DiCaprio’s film, The 11th Hour, is now out on DVD. The movie is one of many that have raised the issue of global change to a new level. The film has a strong message that mankind is on its 11th hour of life out of 12, time is ticking and we have to take action.

There are a great number of interesting spokespeople in this film. The perspectives provide mostly a hopeful view that we can solve issues through ingenuity and technological innovation. The film is priced at a low $5 on Amazon, to encourage the spread of the message.

11th Hour does an admirable job tracing our environmental woes back to our individual habits; the “Nature’s Instructions” extra feature was especially interesting… there is some amazing technology built into nature
