Air Quality Index in Google Earth

The GIS Use in Public Health and Health Care blog has a post about air quality in the U.S. The graphic shows a bunch of different colors, and although each dot represents a large area, the trend is obvious. Included are different types of facilities, all considered to be contributing toward the state of air quality. You can see the full text here.
